Our Banana Pudding series started as a quiet kitchen experiment — a recipe meant to bring warmth to the menu, something that reminded people of merienda at home, of family tables, of Cavite’s laid‑back sweetness. What we didn’t expect was how quickly it would become a crowd favorite. Today, it stands as one of our most loved desserts, available in two distinct variants that each tell their own story.
